A surprisingly mild cigar throughout. The construction, as ever with Trinidad, was first rate. Initial flavour palette was very mild indeed, with light woody and grassy notes. Gradually the cigar developed a classic smooth, creamy, tobacco taste. Towards the end, there was the gentlest note of spice, but pleasantly counteracted by a touch of sweetness. A class act.

The box I sampled had some issues with plugging, or rather tight draw, in a number of cigars. However the cigars that do smoke well are very nice. Given the age, the flavour is pretty mild, but not boring: smooth, nutty, fruity notes throughout. I didn't notice increasing power or spice particularly.
