Payment methods
Due to the German Tobacco Tax Act, we cannot grant any discounts on tobacco products, cash discounts or any other reductions. The only exception is the legally permitted 3% discount on complete packaging units, which we are happy to pass on to you for a wide range of tobacco products.
The payment methods credit card, saved credit card, PayPal, invoice/Klarna and Wero are processed via Saferpay. Once you have completed your order, you can make the payment directly using the “Pay now” link. Alternatively, this option is also available in the order overview of your customer account. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be processed as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer the payment methods Apple Pay and Google Pay. Under the providers’ terms of use, these payment systems may not be used on retail websites that sell tobacco products. Please use one of our other payment methods instead.
Direct debit
Direct debit is particularly convenient: you do not need to initiate a bank transfer yourself, and the invoice amount is automatically debited from your account. During the ordering process, you enter your bank details and grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. After processing your order, we will debit the amount due from the specified account.
Direct debit is only available within Germany, only with a German bank account and not for first orders.
By Credit Card
Payment by credit card is fast, secure and straightforward. It is particularly suitable if you wish to complete your order directly and pay without any additional intermediate steps. Credit card payments are processed via the Saferpay payment platform. After placing your order, you can continue with your credit card via the Saferpay terminal.
When paying by credit card, the cardholder must be the same person as the invoice recipient.
Credit Card convenience
As a registered customer, you can save your credit card for future orders and pay even faster. This payment method combines a high level of security with exceptional convenience for repeat orders. The payment is processed via the Saferpay payment platform. Your credit card details are stored exclusively by Saferpay and can be used for a new order via an anonymous key.
When paying with a saved credit card, the cardholder must be the same person as the invoice recipient.
C.O.D. (+ 6.00 €)
With cash on delivery, you do not pay for your order until it is delivered. This payment method is particularly convenient if you do not wish to use online payment and want to pay the amount directly upon receipt. Delivery is made by DHL. The invoice amount is collected in cash upon delivery. Please follow the payment instructions provided by the delivery agent.
Orders containing only products that are not shipped as parcels, including digital vouchers and digital event tickets, as well as orders shipped by UPS, cannot be paid for by cash on delivery. We charge a fee of €6.00 per order for cash on delivery.
Rechnung/Klarna
With invoice payment via Klarna, you remain flexible: place your order conveniently today and, depending on the option offered by Klarna, pay either immediately or within up to 30 days. You can manage your order, delivery and payment at any time in your Klarna account. The payment is processed via the Saferpay payment platform. After placing your order, you can continue with invoice payment (Klarna) via the Saferpay terminal and confirm your billing details. The payment is then processed by Klarna. Please follow the payment information sent by Klarna.
PayPal (+ 2.00 €)
Pay for your order quickly, securely and conveniently with PayPal. Thanks to its simple processing and high level of buyer protection, PayPal is one of the most popular online payment methods in Germany. The payment is processed via the Saferpay payment platform. After placing your order, you can continue with PayPal via the Saferpay terminal and confirm the payment in your PayPal account.
Orders containing products of Cuban origin, including Cuban cigars and Cuban rum, cannot be paid for via PayPal. We charge a fee of €2.00 per order for payments made via PayPal.
Bank transfer
Payment in advance is a simple and proven way to pay for your order by bank transfer. You retain full control over your payment and can use your usual bank account. After completing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email. This contains all the necessary bank details. Please transfer the full invoice amount, quoting your order number.
Orders using payment in advance will only be processed and dispatched once the payment has been received in our account. This may extend the delivery time accordingly. If no payment has been received within seven days, your order will be cancelled automatically.
Wero
With Wero, you can pay quickly, securely and directly from your bank account. The European payment solution offers a modern alternative to traditional online payment methods and does not require you to enter any card details. The payment is processed via the Saferpay payment platform. After placing your order, you can continue with Wero via the Saferpay terminal and then confirm the payment in your banking app or the Wero app.
