The concept behind Domaine de Lavalette brings together two things that are usually at odds: premium tobacco at such an unbelievably low price that it almost defies belief. Normally, we have to choose between quality and cost – but not here. The trick? We focus entirely on the product itself and skip anything that would drive up the price. That means no boxes – our in-house brand is available exclusively in bundles. As importers, we buy in large quantities directly from the manufacturer – a benefit we pass on to you.

Bundles Instead of Boxes

Domaine de Lavalette cigars are either longfillers or mediumfillers. The latter means the cigars are made using smaller or slightly damaged tobacco leaves compared to longfillers. Over time, a notable number of product lines have been created – many of which rank high among our bestsellers.

Classic (Dominican Republic)

The Domaine de Lavalette Classic are hand-rolled cigars from the Dominican Republic known for their exceptional value, making them especially suitable for beginners. They are made with Dominican filler and binder tobaccos, finished with a bright Connecticut Shade wrapper. Visually, they impress with embossed rings printed in gold foil – a premium look without a premium price.

In terms of flavor, the Classic series offers a straightforward everyday smoke: mild, smooth, and consistent. The Robusto and Double Corona formats are particularly recommended. Available individually or in bundles of 10, the lack of cigar boxes helps keep the prices even lower.

Nicaragua

We don’t just import from the Dominican Republic – Domaine de Lavalette cigars also come from other countries. The Domaine de Lavalette Nicaragua is normally sold under a different brand name – and at a significantly higher price. We source the cigars that didn’t pass the original manufacturer’s strict quality controls. In plain terms: genuine premium cigars with only minimal flaws.

Honduras and Panama

Our Domaine de Lavalette Honduras cigars also come from a reputable tabacalera and are made exclusively as longfillers. For Panama, we searched extensively for a suitable partner to expand our brand, but ultimately also found the right production in Honduras. That’s where our Domaine de Lavalette Panama are now rolled – using tobacco grown in Panama.

Premium Connecticut and Premium Maduro (Dominican Republic)

Domaine de Lavalette’s premium cigars are hand-rolled longfillers and come in two distinct lines: the Domaine de Lavalette Premium Connecticut with a light Connecticut wrapper and a particularly smooth, creamy profile; and the Domaine de Lavalette Premium Maduro with a dark Maduro wrapper and a richer, slightly sweet character.

Both lines are made in the Dominican Republic using 100% Dominican tobaccos, and feature elegant blue-gold foil cigar bands. Whether you're looking for a very mild cigar for a relaxed smoke or prefer a mild yet flavorful option, the Domaine de Lavalette Premium range has the right format for every preference.

All Domaine de Lavalette Cigarillos

Domaine de Lavalette also includes shortfillers: The Domaine de Lavalette Cigarillos are well-made and offer outstanding value for money. Just like with the cigars, the focus here is on consistent quality at a fair price. The formats come in sturdy wooden boxes that also double as practical travel cases.

The Domaine de Lavalette No. 1 and No. 2 are produced exclusively for us in Bünde. Both are made entirely from tobacco and offer a particularly mild smoking experience. Also available: the Domaine de Lavalette Aromatic, with a blend of pipe tobacco that adds a smooth, slightly sweet note. This version also comes from Bünde, crafted by another well-known manufacturer.
