At first, the rum stays in its homeland. And in the case of Dos Maderas, that means Barbados or Guyana. After that, the refined spirit sets sail. Its second aging takes place in the Williams & Humbert bodega in Jerez de la Frontera.

The bodega was founded by two Brits at the end of the 19th century and has since gained an excellent reputation for its brandy and sherry. But that’s not all – gin is also part of the brand’s portfolio – and now, so is rum.
