Humidor Primary

The dark wrapper encased in a cedar shell ends at the top with a nice pigtail. Out of the cellophane the smell reminded me of a camp fire, but not intrusive, just enough to spark memories. Initially the cigar leaves peppery note on the lips. Straight form light up i could feel the full strength of the cigar, but its not overly spicy, no burning sensation on the tongue, you just feel the boldness of the smoke.. A lot of smooth smoke coming out and draw was just perfect. The cigar burned evenly, forming gray compact ash that ashed at about 2 cm. I cannot pin point the flavors it gave me, but i keep coming back to the feeling while smoking it. Definitely Saka's "Dang" was there in the second half. Its like a specific flavor in my mouth, that on one hand is off putting while drawing me in at the same time. For me, excellent full bodied, full strength cigar. The price is steep, but worth the experience.

A mild Cuban, no bitterness, good burn, holds about 2 cm ash. Not exciting in terms of flavor but very pleasant none the less. The draw is a bit tighter than i prefer, but plenty of smoke. Update: Out of the 5 pack i bought 2 had construction issues that affected the burn and taste. One side was tightly packed while the other was loose, that lead to noticeably uneven burn. For the price though, i bought another 5 pack to see if the story repeats itself. Update: Nope, the second box is the same. 3 cigars out of 5 with issues.

I understand the price does not leave much to be expected but the stick i smoked was bitter all the way. I smoked the cigar outside and still my jacket smelled for 2 days.

Starts off sharp, but mellows down after 5mm. Great short smoke

One thing left in memory was the flaking ash of the cigar. It did not hold well.

Very Mild cigar, no bitterness noted throughout the smoke. The aftertaste reminded me of walnut. Beautiful wrapper, soft loosely rolled. Even burn. In the end, did not excite me much in terms of flavor. It seems that darker wrappers are my thing

I have 2 Queens patiently waiting in my humidor for 3 months now. What i can say from an optical perspective is that the wrapper is nice and smooth, rolled tight and just love the band.

The first cigar I smoked that I did not want it to end. Shame I did not have another one in my humidor the first time. Perfect short smoke (~ 40 min). I am not experienced enough to give it rating regarding flavors noted, but I have no negative afterthought. The wrapper is dark and gritty, burn is good with beautiful ash. Runs a bit hot near the end, can change the flavor if smoked too fast. A permanent spot in my humidor.

Same taste profile for me as the Mi Querida Gordta, but with more volume. I smoked it outside on a windy day, but still held the ash and did not have burn issues. Perfect companion for long walks.
