This series comprises estate pipes crafted by the renowned German pipemaker Rainer Barbi. Until his passing in 2011, Barbi was considered one of the most influential figures of the German freehand school, leaving behind a remarkable body of work: pipes distinguished by artistic ambition, masterful craftsmanship, and a refined sense for both form and function.

A large portion of the estate pipes offered here comes directly from Rainer Barbi’s widow – a provenance that will particularly appeal to collectors and aficionados alike. Each pipe has been carefully refurbished, with a clear focus on preserving as much of the original substance as possible. Still, it should be noted: even when meticulously reconditioned, these pipes are not new. Each remains a unique piece with a past – minor signs of use may be present and are part of their story.
