Sabina Pipes Freehands

Sabina Santos comes from Portugal and is one of the best-known and most successful female pipe makers in the world.

She only started making pipes in 2013, but quickly gained in professionalism and aesthetic sensibility.

This was certainly helped by the fact that she worked for a long time with Danish pipe masters in order to learn. These include Joao Reis, Kai Nielsen, Tao, Tom Eltang, Kurt Balleby and, last but not least, Hans "Former" Nielsen.

Anyone who has followed her work can clearly see the surge of development in the design of her pipes that this journey has left behind.

Sabina only works with a few pipe dealers worldwide, and we are honoured to be one of them.

In our portfolio you will find very, very rare 9mm filter pipes by Sabina Santos.

Besides the best Italian and Algerian briar, Sabina uses natural materials such as redwood tooth and precious wood as applications.

However, she also wants to set a sign for sustainability, and uses interestingly processed remnants of  drinking bottles that have been collected from the sea, to give some of her pipes a special accent.
