Roger Wallenstein is the designer behind the Jolly Roger pipes and is fascinated by the theme of "stormy seas".
On the one hand, this gives this pan-Quaterbent with a flat Tobacco chamber a special swing, on the other hand, the "waves" theme is appealingly implemented in the rim of the bowl.
The Jolly Roger Tempest is no longer made, so the pipes you see here are only leftovers!
The pipes come in a pretty jewelry box with a second white mouthpiece. Acrylic mouthpiece for 9mm filters.
