Sometimes the prophet doesn't count for anything in his own country. Unfortunately, that's how it was for years for the "Old German Clay Pipes" from the German Westerwald, which became very popular and well-known in the USA, but were nowhere to be found in the range in Germany.

Some fans really took it upon themselves to order these clay pipes, which are traditionally handcrafted in Montabaur, from USA to Germany.

But these detours and the ecological madness have now come to an end. Markus Fohr, the owner of this clay pipe factory, now works with us as the only specialist retail partner in Germany. We are proud of this and we are pleased to be able to offer these handcrafted pipes.

So if you've never smoked a clay pipe before, it's about time! There are hardly any pipes from which you can smoke purer, drier and more unadulterated.

The churchwarden pipe models in particular have the great advantage over briar that they do not get so moist!

The shorter models are also cleverly designed and are strongly based on models from the turn of the century.

Some of the pipe bowls are actually from the late 1800s.

So if you want to smoke a pipe authentically, according to the old forefathers' custom, there is no way around a clay pipe!
