Origin & Production: CigarRon from Nicaragua

The foundation is crafted in Nicaragua, more precisely in Masaya, where the rum is produced in small batches from so-called Virgin Sugar Cane Honey. This particularly aromatic sugar cane juice already carries a natural intensity that further concentrates during subsequent barrel aging. Matured in oak barrels, the blends develop a structure that does not need to be loud to remain present – supported by warmth, spice, and noticeable depth.

Variety: Aged Rums & Aromatic Liqueurs

Within the series, the CigarRon concept is expressed above all through its rum liqueurs. They deliberately explore different flavor profiles without seeming arbitrary. Variants such as Caramel focus on a soft, rounded sweetness with a distinct caramel note, while interpretations like Dark Cacao or Mocca present themselves darker, more bitter, and more aromatically dense. Other bottlings open up the series in a slightly more exotic direction, featuring coconut, tonka, or fruity-nutty accents.
