Oliver Twist tobacco pastilles

Tobacco pastilles belong to the group of chewing tobaccos, but at the same time they are an alternative to it in its traditional form, especially because there is no need to spit out the tobacco juice regularly. Instead, the tobacco pastille is simply kept between the jaw and cheek, from where it releases its aroma until you simply dispose of it after consumption - the aroma lasts for about an hour.

In the production process, the raw tobacco is first spun into a strand and dried, then cut into pastilles about 1 cm in size. Flavourings are then added to give the tobacco its particular flavour.

With all tobacco pastilles, only a small amount of nicotine is released. When you take the tobacco pellet out of your mouth, it still contains bound nicotine. The nicotine content of a tobacco pastille is 5.5 mg on average.
