Amsterdamer pipe tobacco

There are not many tobaccos of its kind left! The Amsterdam "Hollandse Rooktabak" is a true representative of the Dutch-Belgian-French flavour. As soon as you open it, you can smell that it is not a soft mainstream blend. This is a real original. The blend is characterised by Dark Fired Kentucky tobaccos, which give it its characteristic smoky aroma. It is rounded off by some Virginia and Java, which additionally gives it a slightly cigar-like note. Although the blend has a slight liquorice casing, it makes more of a natural impression. The cut is relatively fine for a pipe tobacco, but so it can be smoked excellently in smaller pipes. The burn is quick, but cool, and very full-bodied and voluminous.
