Orlik Pipe Tobacco

These two varieties are probably the quintessence of Danish pipe culture. We mean the authentic, actually lived pipe smoking in our northern neighbouring country and not the folkloristic images that German marketing copywriters like to create.

Because the "Dane per se" likes to smoke Virginia flakes. And blends with little or discreet aroma. It should come as no surprise that the Orlik Golden Sliced fits both categories. By the way, it has been the No. 1 on the Danish market for several years.

The flake, which is delivered in long, unsliced strands, consists of light Virginias, a mini portion of Perique and a flavouring that is difficult to put into words. Lemony-hay with hints of liquorice and bergamot is probably the best description.

The Orlik Club is a loose cut, consisting of Virginia, Burley and Black Cavendish, but it has power and volume. It is caramel-like flavoured, but does not deny its tobacco taste.
