Frischer, starker zitronensaurer Geschmack mit fruchtig-bitterer Note (gewöhnungsbedürftig aber interessant). Ab der Mitte rauh und sehr scharf-sauer werdend. Zum Ende zus. kratzig. Abbrand und Zug ok. Nach einer Pepperonipizza ok. Zu Bier bitter.
