Bremer Senatoren Cigars
Bremer Senatoren evoke a time when sitting down to enjoy a cigar was simply part of the ritual, and the moment mattered more than the clock. Their classic shapes, finger-jointed cedar wood boxes, and the distinctive club-shaped cigar with a notched cap inevitably bring to mind the image of a grandfather—even if he usually preferred to enjoy his cigars alone.
Bremer Senatoren in Classic Formats
Beneath the nostalgic presentation lies a traditional shortfiller made from 100% imported tobacco. The filler combines tobaccos from Brazil, Havana, and Java, while a Java binder holds the blend together. For the wrapper, you can choose between a light Sumatra leaf and a darker Brasil wrapper. As a result, every format is available in two versions: Sumatra is generally more refined and subtle, while Brasil delivers more spice and a richer tobacco character.
The shapes also remain pleasantly old-fashioned. The compact Half Corona measures 107 millimeters in length with a 15-millimeter diameter. The Doppelkopf is 114 millimeters long and also 15 millimeters in diameter. Noticeably fuller is the Keule, measuring 116 millimeters in length with an 18-millimeter diameter. The impressive Spitzformat reaches 122 millimeters in length and 20 millimeters in diameter. The two figurado-shaped formats in particular show that a cigar does not have to be perfectly straight to retain its character.
Bremer Senatoren cigars are packed in finger-jointed cedar wood boxes containing 25 cigars each. They remain exactly what they are meant to be: classic cigars for unhurried conversations, short breaks, and those quiet moments that sometimes stay with you longer than an entire day.
