This cigar is a project of the import company Woermann, which also has its own production in Germany. The aim was to use the "Geudertheimer" tobacco, which has become very popular in recent years, in the blend of a slightly larger cigar. This Geudertheimer tobacco grows particularly well on the loamy sandy soils of the Palatinate region and develops a spicy, smooth, and yet piquant flavor experience.
As for why these cigars are named "Knut," we couldn't find out. Wasn't that the name of the early deceased little polar bear from Berlin a few years ago? Well, that probably wasn't it.
