Casa de Garcia Connecticut
These bundle cigars were introduced at the IPCPR 2012 in Orlando and brought to Germany in the same year by the importer Kohlhase & Kopp, which, incidentally, now operates solely under the name Kopp Tobaccos. Unfortunately, the Kopp and Kohlhase families fell out so badly in 2021/2021 that a shared future was no longer possible. This brought an end to a more than 30-year, highly financially successful partnership. But as the saying goes: when one door closes, another opens somewhere!
Casa de Garcia Connecticut: Affordable Luxury in Every Draw
The Casa de Garcia cigars are very affordable medium fillers produced in the world-renowned cigar factory Tabacalera de García (Santa Damiana, Don Diego, etc.). Expertly fermented tobaccos are carefully rolled entirely by hand into a very well-crafted and easy-smoking cigar. The Connecticut Shade wrapper gives the cigar subtle caramel notes. The filler, sourced from the Dominican Republic and Honduras, is enclosed by a Connecticut Broadleaf binder, which typically provides a slightly sweet aroma and a pleasant room note.
The Diverse World of Casa de Garcia Cigars
The Casa de Garcia Connecticut are delivered in bundles of 10. By dispensing with expensive wooden boxes, such low prices become possible in the first place. The seven different vitolas offer something for every aficionado. In terms of value for money, our clear recommendation is the largest format, the Churchill, with its 52 ring gauge and a length of 6.25 inches. A darker variant has since been added: the Casa de Garcia Maduro cigars can be found here.
