Erez MADURO

These Erez Maduro cigars were the first extension after the classic Clasico line. Just like with the Clasico, the founder and owner of the brand, Yaniv Erez, has all vitolas manufactured in the Tabacalera of Augusto Reyes in the Dominican Republic. The Reyes family, with over 150 years of experience, has the necessary know-how to produce these high-quality cigars. Their factory is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious in the country. The filler tobaccos and binder are entirely Dominican, while for the wrapper, Yaniv chose a Bahia from Brazil.

The Maduro cigar line features a very dark and oily wrapper from South America, which, due to its origin, gives the cigar an additional slightly sweet kick. On the classic label at the head of the cigar, the text is placed horizontally, a clever idea to make the brand name more readable in stores since the boxes are usually displayed open and horizontally on shelves. At the burning end, the second label indicates the exact series, in this case, "Maduro." Additionally, there are the Erez Clasico and Unsmokable series.

Upon lighting, a full-bodied, robust aroma of cedar, chocolate, and some coffee is revealed. Right from the first draw, they also emit a subtle sweet scent. During the smoking process, the sweet aroma diminishes slightly, and flavors like wood, leather, and earth dominate.
