Flores y Rodriguez 10th Anniversary

Abe Flores is a native-born U.S. American with Dominican roots. He grew up in Queens, New York, before moving to the Dominican Republic to live with relatives as a teenager for a few years. While there, he worked on a farm that cultivated a small amount of tobacco alongside food crops, which indirectly introduced him to the world of tobacco. Several years later, he returned to the USA, and after studying marketing and working in the IT industry, he joined the American internet cigar retailer, Tinder Box. This second encounter with the cigar industry became more long-term, and shortly afterward, he traveled back to the Dominican Republic to work on cigar series for Tinder Box. Through this work, his passion for blending and mixing tobacco to create cigars flourished.

In 2004, he eventually established his own PDR Cigar Factory, which celebrated its 10th anniversary in July 2014 by presenting the cigars introduced here at the IPCPR tobacco trade show in Las Vegas.

This Edicion Limitada is a commemorative cigar with a dark Ecuadorian wrapper. The binder is Olor from the Dominican Republic, and the filler consists of 7-year-old Piloto tobaccos from the Jalapa Valley in Nicaragua. Abe and his PDR Cigar Factory were able to place several cigars in Cigar Aficionado's Top 25 list in 2013, making them highly esteemed in the USA for many years.

Abe Flores also produces cigars for renowned brands such as Kristoff (including the Galerones), the highly sought-after cigars from La Palina, Ortega Cigars, various blends for Villiger, and also Gurkha (such as the Ghost).
