Hemmys Cigars

The Berlin cigar retailer Hemmy Garcia commissioned these cigars to be produced at the highly respected ABAM Cigars factory, owned by Matias Maragoto, in the Dominican Republic. Among other projects, Matias works for the importer Villiger and has successfully blended the Villiger 1888 and Flor de Ynclan cigars to the exact specifications of their creators, earning them outstanding ratings. Hemmy personally developed and refined the blend for Hemmys Cigars on site. Skilled Cuban and Dominican tobacco artisans handcraft these majestic cigars entirely by hand, combining premium tobaccos from the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and Peru.

Hemmys Cigars: a Masterpiece From ABAM Cigars

The filler consists of a blend of Ligero and Double Ligero tobaccos from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. The wrapper comes from Nicaragua, while the binder is sourced from Peru. This cigar brings together the finest tobaccos from three different countries. It offers an intense, exceptionally creamy flavor profile with medium strength. Initial notes of wood, earth, and leather gradually evolve into hints of natural tobacco sweetness, cream, and coffee as the smoke progresses. The draw is effortless throughout. Incidentally, the very personable Hemmy is the son of Manuel Garcia, a senior executive at Habanos S.A. during the early 2000s, who now serves as an international representative for Matias Maragoto.

The Artful Fusion of Three Traditions: Hemmys Cigars From Nicaragua, Peru, and the Dominican Republic

Thanks to the carefully selected tobaccos, these cigars have exceptional aging potential. Much like fine wine, they become smoother, more balanced, and their flavors develop even greater depth with proper aging. These are rich, creamy cigars with outstanding craftsmanship, offered at a fair price. All Hemmys cigars are packaged in premium solid wood boxes containing 20 cigars each.
