anonym Sehr guter Zug und optimaler Abbrand mit fester Asche. Top-Verarbeitung ! Milder aber dennoch ausreichend würziger Geschmack bis zum Schluß. Trotz des Formates eine gute Aromaentfaltung. Rauchdauer ca. 35 min.

kust 13.08.06 95/3, 0:40 h. Zarter süß-fruchtiger Geruch mit holziger Note, im Abbrand fruchtig-holzig. Sehr unterschiedliche Konsistenz, von weich bis prall und grobes Aussehen. Startet herb-fruchtig wird dann säuerlich-fruchtig mit holzigen Noten und endet sauer-holzig wobei auch etwas Schärfe aufkommt. Je nach Exemplar zum Ende rauh und bitter werdend. Zug ok, Abbrand gut.
