H. Upmann Special Humidors
The Cuban heritage brand H. Upmann consistently releases limited and highly sought-after special humidors and jars. We have compiled these exceptional treasures for you in this series.
H. Upmann 160 Aniversario Humidor
The 160 Aniversario humidor was launched in 2004 to celebrate the 160th anniversary of the H. Upmann brand. It includes the following cigars:
- 40 Prominentes (Vitola de Galera Prominentes, 194 mm, 49 ring gauge)
- 30 Upmann No. 2 (Vitola de Galera Pirámides, 156 mm, 52 ring gauge)
- 30 Connaisseur No. 1 (Vitola de Galera Hermosos No. 4, 127 mm, 48 ring gauge)
This humidor is limited to 160 pieces worldwide. We managed to secure number 157.
H. Upmann Magnum 56 Jar
When the Magnum 56 was first released as a Limited Edition in 2015, it thrilled cigar enthusiasts around the world. With its impressive 56 ring gauge and a length of 14.92 centimeters, it can rightfully be described as a "beast." Connoisseurs can enjoy this Cuban cigar for up to one and a half hours.
The 2020 reissue differs in that it was not crafted from aged tobacco. Nevertheless, this Magnum 56 also delights with its complex aromas and balanced flavor. It begins with the characteristic H. Upmann subtlety, featuring light woody notes and a rich creaminess. From the halfway point, it becomes slightly more robust but continues to impress with excellent burn performance.
