Por Larranaga Edición Regional

In this section, we "collect" all the regional editions of Habanos S.A. that were produced for the German importer 5th Avenue Products from Waldshut-Tiengen. The first one in this series was the 2010 Robusto, which was initially an Edicion Regional Alemania. Since then, FAP (industry code for Fifth Avenue Products) has also become the importer and distributor for Austria and Poland, so the second regional edition is sold as Edicion Regional 5ta Avenida (short for Quinta Avenida, which means Fifth Avenue in Spanish).

What all these limited cigars have in common is that they are legally sold exclusively in these countries and are limited in quantity. The vitolas are typically determined by the importer and ordered from Habanos S.A. in Cuba. Usually, since the late 2010s, all limited editions are introduced to the market later than originally planned. The success of these editions is certainly not unrelated to this trend, but mainly it was due to the fact that the years 2015 to 2017 had poor or low harvests.
