Our Cuba Alternatives Sampler contains non-Cuban cigars, which we consider recommendations to temporarily replace Cuban cigars that are currently hard to obtain. The selection may change slightly over time, but we always ensure to choose exciting and special vitolas (sizes) that can even surprise experienced aficionados.
Alternatives to Cuban Cigars: Cigarworld Samplers
We assume that Cuban cigars will play a different role in the future compared to the past decades: rarer, more exclusive, and often no longer affordable. For this reason, we have been thinking about what alternatives we can offer. Of course, we know: A good Cuban cigar can’t truly be replaced. However, there are also exciting cigars with interesting profiles from other origin countries – like those from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.
What’s Next for Cuban Cigars in Germany?
We are aware that these considerations may not be welcomed by all aficionados. Nevertheless, we hope that the supply situation will ease, and Habanos will soon again become a natural part of the German cigar landscape.
