Nordlicht Sampler

The Nordlicht Sampler is the ideal way to discover the world of Nordlicht Cigars. Rather than focusing on a single format, the sampler includes different vitolas that showcase the distinctive character of these Nicaraguan cigars from various perspectives. Full-bodied yet balanced puros with notes of coffee, chocolate, wood, and subtle spice make this sampler particularly appealing to aficionados looking to explore the brand or find their favorite vitola.

Nordlicht Cigars: Created by a Community

Nordlicht is not backed by a traditional cigar corporation but by a community of passionate cigar enthusiasts. The idea for the brand emerged from a Facebook group founded in 2014, whose members wanted to create a cigar tailored to their own preferences. The first release appeared in 2018 and was produced in Nicaragua. To this day, this collaborative approach continues to define the brand, with blends shaped by the experiences and preferences of genuine aficionados. The initiative was launched by Sascha Prieser, who worked closely with the group members to determine the cigar’s desired flavor profile.

An Overview of the Nordlicht Logbook Sampler

The Nordlicht Logbook Sampler includes two cigars each in the Robusto, Magnum, Gordo, and Maduro Short Torpedo formats. The Robusto offers a balanced profile with pleasant spice and classic roasted notes. The Magnum delivers greater smoke volume and develops its flavors with remarkable complexity. The Gordo, thanks to its large ring gauge, provides a relaxed and creamy smoking experience. As the most distinctive cigar in the selection, the Maduro Short Torpedo introduces additional sweet-spicy nuances, complementing the Nicaraguan coffee, wood, and chocolate notes with its own unique character. This makes the sampler an excellent choice for enthusiasts who want to experience the full range of Nordlicht Cigars.
