Gabriele Dal Fiume Pipes

Gabriele Dal Fiume, like so many pipe makers, came to his calling through a love of enjoyment. Inspired by his father's pipes, Gabriele also began to smoke a pipe and to deal more intensively with the subject.

Over the years he read a lot on the subject and also spoke to various pipe makers until he finally decided to build a pipe himself. He only uses the best wood from Italy (including from Mimmo Romeo) and has developed his own style. Each piece of briar is stored in his small workshop for at least six years and then processed into one of the approximately 80 pipes that Gabriele builds each year.

The style that Gabriele has developed is an unbelievable symbiosis of English shapes, classic Danish freehands and the influences of his Italian homeland.
