Paul Becker Freehand

Paul Becker has been one of the most prominent German pipe makers since the mid-1980s. He actually came to his job through his parents, because they ran a thriving tobacco shop in Pinneberg near Hamburg, which he later took over.

Rainer Barbi, who taught him some basics and "tricks", had a significant influence on his development.

In the 1990s, Paul Becker made a significant contribution to popularizing the churchwarden pipe with a long mouthpiece and brought this shape out of its slumber. Many of his pipes are still designed in this way today.

All his churchwarden pipes have a special feature: the pipes can also be smoked with a short, conventional mouthpiece, because the mouthpiece extension is removable.

So you can switch at will. Its processing quality is beyond any doubt. Finish and wood quality at the absolute top level.

We are happy to be able to offer Paul Becker's pipes!
