Peterson Kildare

The Peterson collection "Kildare" is named after the Irish county in the east of the province of Leinster. The flat landscape is known for Ireland's largest raised bog, the Bog of Allen.

This area was the inspiration for these classic silver-banded pipes which probably could have existed as early as the beginning of the 20th century. The medium brown stain on the pipe bowls gets its shine from a layer of carnauba wax which cares for the wood but does not seal it.

In this way, the wood remains receptive which is very beneficial to the smoking qualities.

The acrylic mouthpiece for 9mm filters is available with or without P-Lip.
