Of course, the "system" remains unchanged - the large condensation chamber in the shank, which binds moisture and makes the smoke cooler.

But the surface of the Peterson System PPP Rustic is worth a second look. The expressively carved, new rustication is reminiscent of Peterson meerschaum pipes from the last century. It is very pleasant to the touch and fits well in the hand.
