Moro (formerly: Unitas/Planta)

Unitas is an old tobacco brand that some people probably remember from GDR times. There was a tobacco factory of the same name in Schwerin.

After reunification, the brand went to the (West) Berlin company Planta, which used it for numerous cigarette and pipe tobaccos.

In the meantime, Unitas belongs to Mac Baren, a pipe tobacco manufacturer in Denmark that is known above all for its excellent tobacco qualities.

This is also particularly noticeable in the Unitas Extra M. The classic American blend of Virginia, Burley and Oriental is something special, because there is no flavouring or additives. The tobacco aroma can fully develop.

Due to its somewhat wider cut, it is especially suitable for stuffing or smoking from a shag pipe.
