Interesting facts about the brand:
The company Kleinlagel & Sons was founded in 1916 in Rettigheim/Baden by August and his son Karl Kleinlagel.
Since generations, the first male descendants have been given names starting with "K" to preserve the tobacco product trademark "KK."
In 1917, Karl Kleinlagel relocated the production to Untergrombach. In 1941, he acquired the current factory buildings in the neighboring village of Obergrombach, where they moved in 1946 after the war. At that time, Kurt Kleinlagel, Karl's son, became a partner in Kleinlagel oHG.
