Woermann Cigars 5th Generation

At first, the name was a little puzzle to us, as it probably is to you as well. However, when you look at the family tradition, the explanation is quite simple. The current managing director of Wörmann Cigars, Peter Wörmann, is simply the fifth generation of the traditional company. With these cigarillos, long cigarillos, coronitas, and coronas, they wanted to emphasize once again that the name Wörmann has been synonymous with top quality for five generations.

Even the Wörmann family couldn't escape the consolidation within the cigar industry. As of January 1, 2023, the company was sold to the Vandermarliere family from Belgium. However, the location and production at the site will remain intact. The Belgian family has also been involved in cigar manufacturing for a very long time and is more than capable of maintaining the good quality of Wörmann products.

Dominican and Indonesian tobaccos are processed here. The affordable price is achieved by using a so-called HTL binder, where tobaccos are mixed with some cellulose in order to be used as a wrapper.
