Perdomo Mini Cigarillos

The Perdomo family originally hails from the San Jose de las Lajas region in Cuba. The grandfather of the current company CEO, Nick Perdomo, was named Silvio Perdomo and worked for the Cuban tobacco factories H. Upmann and Partagas between 1937 and 1959. After Fidel Castro's rise to power in 1959, he was arrested and spent 15 years in prison. Consequently, Nick is not particularly fond of the rulers on the largest Caribbean island.

Silvio was Nick's mentor and served as the family patriarch until his death in 1997. The cigarillos presented here are produced in Esteli, Nicaragua, using Nicaraguan tobaccos. This applies only to the wrapper of the white Connecticut variant, which comes from the USA. The black cigarillos have the same filler but feature a Nicaraguan Maduro wrapper. The red ones are also made with the same filler but are rolled with a sun-grown wrapper.
