Lampert Oro

At the beginning of 2022, we received a call from Liechtenstein inquiring if we would be interested in Lampert Cigars. At first, it seemed a bit strange to receive a call from this small country in the Alps from someone wanting to sell cigars. However, during the conversation, it became clear that the founder, Stefan Lampert, is actually an Austrian who chose to establish his company in Liechtenstein for business reasons. He is a trained lawyer and a passionate aficionado who fulfilled his dream by creating his own cigar brand.

We arranged a visit to our Cigarworld Lounge where we sat down together over a few cigars and discussed potential collaboration. The result was quickly reached: since the beginning of 2022, we have been importing a comprehensive range of Lampert cigars, as well as their two rum varieties, and offering them to our customers and interested colleagues in the trade.

Lampert Cigars was founded in 2018 and their cigars are now present in around 15 countries, including the United States, the largest cigar market in the world. The My Cigar Lab cigars are produced in Costa Rica at Tabacos de Costa Rica.

One of their formats, the Ocean Breeze cigar, was previously imported by our colleague Jürgen Ring until the end of 2021. Due to reduced import prices resulting from increased quantities, we were able to significantly reduce the retail price for our customers. Lampert Cigars produces cigars in Nicaragua (Serie 1675), the Dominican Republic (Serie 1593), and Costa Rica (the ones presented here). Each production location was carefully chosen and is characterized by its craftsmanship and quality.
