Centenario Anejo

Carefully aged and stored tobaccos are the foundation of this premium cigar from the Dominican Republic. Robust Ligero tobaccos (the smallest and strongest leaves from the upper part of the plant) from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic in the filler impart creamy toasty and spicy flavors to the Centenario Anejo Seleccion, with a medium to full strength.

The Ligero tobaccos are cultivated by the manufacturer on their own fields, aged for several years, and undergo multiple fermentations throughout the aging process. These tobaccos form the core around which the cigar producers originating from Cuba have built this blend. The binder from Peru and the wrapper from Ecuador provide an aromatic balance to the robust filler blend.

Centenario Anejo is produced in a family-run cigar factory (Tabacalera). The owner's family has roots in Cuba, bringing generations of accumulated knowledge of cigar-making. With 200 Torcedores, the factory ranks among the large family-owned cigar factories and has been repeatedly awarded international awards.

The wooden boxes of this series are crafted in the old classic style. The original Centenario decorations are hand-applied to the wooden box. These decorations are called "habilitaciónes". The manufacturing emblem on the box bottom provides information about the production code and packaging date. Centenario Anejo is packaged in boxes of 20 cigars. The master format "Salomones" is packed in a 10-cigar presentation box.
