At the time, Davidoff responded to the increasingly popular cigars from Nicaragua and Cuba by offering more strength, as younger aficionados often found the company’s “classic” cigars too mild and lacking in intensity.

In general, cigars and accessories sold under the Davidoff brand are distributed worldwide exclusively through so-called authorized depositaries. This means they are only available in a limited number of selected and high-quality retail locations that meet the manufacturer’s strict standards.
