These Diamond Crown Maximus cigars are the significantly more aromatic high-end version of the "regular" Diamond Crown. Also manufactured by A. Fuente for J.C. Newman, this cigar is crafted with a very dark Sumatra wrapper from Ecuador. The binder and filler come from the Dominican Republic. This cigar series was introduced in the USA in 2003 and brought exclusively to Germany for us by Kohlhase & Kopp in 2012.

The dark, oily wrapper is enticing, and the cigar delivers distinct notes of coffee and cocoa. Additionally, woody and nutty tones are discernible. In the USA, there are 6 different vitolas available, and at the outset, we ordered the ones that were calculated to be the most "affordable."

Even in the USA, where normally all cigars are available under our prices, these treasures are not offered online for less than $15. Due to the price, the Double Robusto is certainly the first choice to gain insight into this exclusive cigar brand.
