Dominico Bundles
This brand was once available on the German market several years ago, albeit in different packaging and with a different blend. Back then, it was shipped in boxes of 10 made of wood but was eventually taken off the market completely. In 2010, it was reintroduced with a new look and a new blend, and since then has appealed to lovers of affordable, easily accessible cigars.
Villiger Dominico Bundles: Budget-Friendly Cigar Enjoyment in a New Look
These Villiger Dominico Bundles are mild to medium-bodied longfillers from Villiger, combining a desire for premium yet reasonably priced cigar enjoyment. The wrapper is an Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade, while the binder comes from Indonesia. All filler tobaccos used are grown in Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.
They are packed in bundles of 10 and deliberately forgo costly wooden boxes, which may look nice but unfortunately also drive up the price per cigar significantly. Since we’ve been asked several times about this, we’d like to highlight in particular: The Domenico cigar brand (with an “e”) has nothing in common with this one apart from the country of origin – don’t confuse them!
Villiger Dominico Cigars: Quality and Tradition in a New Appearance
The distributor of these cigars is Villiger, based in Waldshut-Tiengen, while production takes place at Tabacalera ABAM under Matias Maragoto. He has Cuban roots and also produces many other cigars for Villiger, such as the Villiger Serie Dominicana and the Villiger 1888 cigars.
