This cigar series is rolled in the Tabacalera PDR Cigar Factory in Tamboril, not far from the city of Santiago de los Caballeros in the Cibao Valley. The founder and owner, Abraham Flores, is also the Master Blender, responsible for all the blends produced in his factory. Apparently, he's doing a great job! His cigars have been widely talked about since the establishment of the Tabalera in 2004. Numerous renowned brands like Kristoff, Gurkha, and Villiger have had cigars manufactured by him.

The Dominican tobaccos underwent lengthy fermentation processes, giving the Flores y Rodriguez Cabinet Seleccion its exclusive flavor spectrum.
