Leon Jimenes Double Maduro

The Double Maduro cigars impress with a smooth and balanced taste. By using the best Maduro wrappers from the Dominican Republic, which are naturally double fermented in special rooms, slightly sweet flavors are noticeable. This cigar series offers a very nice interplay of the chocolatey flavors of the wrapper and the peppery citrus notes of the binder and filler.

The filler consists of the finest tobaccos from Peru, Brazil, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic, wrapped by a binder from Brazil (Sumatra seed). The crowning touch is the dark and glossy Maduro wrapper grown in Brazil, also known as CuBra tobacco. These cigars achieve their perfect maturity during the subsequent aging of at least 21 days in a classic aging room.

This series was introduced when the German importer Arnold André discontinued the distribution of Macanudo cigars in Germany. In our opinion, this distributor needed a replacement for the very popular and successful Macanudo Maduro, and they brought this series to Germany as quickly as possible.
