Leonel L-Series

These cigars are part of the Leonel series, which were first introduced at the Inter tabac in Dortmund in the fall of 2014. Here, we have linked an overview of all Leonel cigars and accessories. The brand is the brainchild of cigar importer Paul Bugge from Villingen-Schwenningen in the Black Forest. The goal is to offer high-quality cigars without fuss at very fair prices. The two owners and managing directors, father and son Höldke, have once again demonstrated their keen intuition.

The filler blend is entirely made from Dominican tobaccos, as is the binder used. This composition is enveloped with a golden-brown Connecticut Shade wrapper from Ecuador, which makes the cigars of the Leonel L-Series suitable for both seasoned aficionados and cigar beginners. For the habanophilic connoisseur, they are certainly more like breakfast cigars, but still worth a try due to their excellent craftsmanship.

The four different vitolas offer mild and creamy flavors, complemented by some woody undertones, creating a beautiful, typically Dominican harmony. All formats are packaged in sturdy, classic wooden boxes of 20 each.
