anonym 0/1 Stück. (ACHTUNG - Neue Serie mit Silber/Schwarzer Banderole!). Optik leider doch sehr rustikal. Brandannahme etwas zögerlich, Zug aber völlig in Ordnung. Sehr überraschend kräftiger Start. Würze und Pfeffer vor allem beim Anzünden, aber auch danach noch spürbar. Sehr deutliches und kräftiges Mokkaaroma. Fullbody mit dichtem Rauch. Etwas generische Frucht ist im Mix aber auch noch dabei. Wird im zweiten Drittel etwas milder. Aromen bleiben aber grundsätzlich gleich, was mich aber keineswegs stört. Rauchdauer mit knapp 2h absolut in Ordnung. 8,5/10. Anfänger sollten aufpassen, ist ein recht kräftiger Stick.

Aschefall nach 30 Minuten. Sie bleibt lange so, das ist nicht schlecht. Im letzten Drittel dann Chilli und mehr Süße. Rauchdauer 90 Minuten, der Abbrand ist nicht gerade. Geschmacklich sehr interessant.

Zigarre das erste mal in USA 2017 geraucht. Kannte PDR bis dahin nicht. Tolle Zigarre und eine sehr gute Maduro. Nicht zu stark, aber bis zum Ende ein klasse Smoke. Sehr guter Abbrand. Tolle Schoko und Kaffeenote. Kann ich sehr empfehlen

Be warned ! It seems that PDR no longer make the especial (cigar with two black cigar bands) variant of this cigar (notice the box and cigar label now no longer have "especial" written on them !). PDR have told Cigarworld that the plain Maduro is the same cigar - IT IS NOT. The cigar you get now (with the single mostly silver label) is a much inferior product (poor burn, thinner wrapper easily torn when taking off the label and poor taste). This is a a shame as the especial was my favourite cigar for several years (it had the perfect combination (for me) of sweetness, choc / coffee / leather and strength).
