Woermann Cigars MF Maduro

This series of the MF brand (formerly Querida) impresses with the distinctive mellow-sweet taste typical of Maduros, due to the dark oily, multiple-fermented Maduro wrapper from Brazil. The filler includes tobaccos from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua, and the binder comes from Indonesia.

The name Querida arose from a somewhat adventurous story. Until 2010, Wörmann Cigars distributed cigars made by Charles Fairmorn. Although the series R.A. Villamil, Belmore, and Quisqueya were produced by Charles Fairmorn, they were distributed in Germany by Wörmann. After the distribution contract was terminated, Wörmann wanted to introduce a similar series for Quisqueya to compensate for the almost lost revenue. That's how Querida was initially born. However, naming rights issues led to them being renamed to "?" question marks, effectively without a name. The "MF" stands for Mediumfiller, indicating that smaller parts, torn tobacco pieces, and cuttings were used - this doesn't have a taste disadvantage, just a cost advantage!

The series is already partly and will eventually be completely delivered WITHOUT cigar bands.
