Umnum Honduras
The cigars of the Honduras series from Umnum, like their sister models from Nicaragua, are a true insider tip among aficionados. High-quality longfillers at a low price are a rarity and have quickly made a name for themselves. The Umnum cigars distributed by the Spaniard Ramon Zapata and his company Gesinta International Tobacco Company are always packaged in bundles – this saves money, allowing more to be invested in good tobacco.
Umnum Honduras Cigars: Stronger than Nicaragua
The wrapper of the Umnum Honduras comes – as one would expect – from Honduras. The binder is Mexican, and the filler is a blend of Nicaraguan and Honduran tobaccos from the regions of Jalapa and Esteli. The basic characteristic is somewhat stronger and even nuttier and sweeter (thanks to the Mexican binder) than the initially introduced Umnum Nicaragua. Initially, only two formats have come to Germany: the thicker Champion and the “regular” Robusto.
