The Cohiba Novedosos introduce a unique format within the Cohiba brand, making their debut in the Habanos range as “Robustos No.2.” Despite a ring gauge of 50, the 156 mm long cigar appears balanced and slender. An additional band highlights its exclusivity to La Casa del Habano retail stores and Habanos Specialists. This edition is presented in elaborately designed boxes of 25, featuring a glossy black finish, metallic inlays, and the brand’s signature grid pattern.

Cohiba Novedosos – Exclusive to La Casa del Habano and Habanos Specialists

Like all Cuban longfiller cigars, the Cohiba Novedosos are made “totalmente a mano” using tobaccos from the Vegas Finas in the Vuelta Abajo region. For Seco, Ligero, and Medio Tiempo leaves, Cohiba applies an additional barrel fermentation process that gives the cigar its brand-specific flavor. Founded in 1966, this storied brand was originally created exclusively for state officials. Its name derives from the earliest term used by indigenous peoples for rolled tobacco leaves.
