Sweet smelling, with a beautiful smooth wrapper. What's not to like? It burned well with nice white firm ash forming, plenty of smoke, medium strength and taste that gives me sweet notes.

Very smooth dark wrapper, tight roll and nice contrast with the band. Pleasant scent unlit. Given the very dark color of the wrapper i was expecting a strong punch from this smoke. To my pleasant surprise, the smoke was mild and creamy. The thing i would knock points for would be the draw, as it was rather tight. Even cutting more of the cap did not help a great deal. This smoke is to be enjoyed slowly, without huge draws, as it got quite hot when i tried that. Definitely buying again.

The cold smell on this stick reminds me of the My Father La Promesa, but that heavy sweet smell is not so dominant. The 3 sticks I smoked so far all had even construction, and a nice brown wrapper with small veins. A bit tight on the draw for me, this box pressed cigar takes fire well and burns pretty evenly. From the start I can taste the sweetness with a heavier note like nougat. Plenty of thick creamy smoke gives presence to the pleasure. No pepper on the retro hale, only after the second third a very mild pepper on the back of the throat. The cigar keeps its flavor profile in the final third as well, although the strength picks up. For me, a box worthy cigar.

Having smoked through a half a box already, i am happy with the consistency the cigar offers. No bumps/pits on the cigars, a bit rough wrapper with defined veins, and a firm grey ash. Slight chocolatey smell, and medium strength smoke with good volume. I am resting these at 69%, but i noticed they burn better after spending a night in my etui. Burn is overall straight, the cigar gets a bit stronger on the final third, but keeping a consistent aroma. For 5.9 Eur a stick, one cant go wrong with this cigar.

A nice presentation, clean Connecticut wrapper. Unfortunately the wrapper cracked on the cut, no issue with taste but uncomfortable mouth feel when smoking. his cigar is on the stronger side for a Connecticut, but gave good creamy smoke and lots of it. Draw was a bit tight for my taste but not a showstopper. All in all a nice mid day enjoyment.

The cigar construction is a bit bumpy, but overall even. The stick does not give a particular cold smell or draw. The draw is indeed a bit loose even though i tried to cut as little as possible from the cap. It takes fire well and from the start espresso bitterness, pepper and wood come out. The smoke volume is OK. The draw loosens up more as i continue to smoke the cigar. Pretty soon the pepper intensity and espresso bitterness reduces but are still present. The main profile of wood remains unchanged. The burn is wavy, but did not require correction on my copy. Overall linear, which for 3.9 Eur might not be a deal breaker, but this cigar did not excite me enough to buy again.

Construction is good, the wrapper has small veins and a bit matte color. Draw is good and the cold smell reminds me of nougaty sweetness. It burns straight forming firm grey ash. From start the flavor profile for me is espresso, a bit of sweetness and spiciness on the top and back of the mouth. It might be the cold weather I'm smoking it in, but the smoke is a little dry for me. The retro hale gives black pepper, and some of that nougaty sweetness. The finish is spicy, I would put the strength at medium plus. . It is important to note that the spice is overall not overwhelming. It keeps playing with your taste buds for a while after you take a pull, but nothing that would put me away from smoking it again.

Thin, Bright, and very tasty! Although a departure from a standard cigar size, this is a very good short smoke. I still get the triple band pleasure, the wonderful nutty sweet smell and a lot of smoke volume coming from this small cigar! Keep in mind to puff regularly, a thin ring gauge tends to put itself out! The flavors im getting are a nuts, sweet note, and a very light white pepper on the retrohale. Smoking time is around 30-40 min, a short pleasure for any time of the day.

I bought a box from Cigarworld a couple of days ago and i could not wait to try this one out. Each sample is finely processed with a matte brown wrapper and a muted tobacco cold smell. The draw for me is perfect. Upon light up you get the aroma profile of wood and some pepper on the top of the mouth and back of the throat. No pepper on retro-hale. Strength wise i would put this in the medium range. Aroma of Wood and pepper dominate throughout the smoke for me. Burned a bit crooked in the first third, but leveled itself out, overall good burn for a boxpressed cigar. Near the last 3 cm it picked up in strength and i had to put it down at 2 cm because of the heat and now full-on strength. A short smoke of 32 min for the cold days. Is it worth 9.6 Eur a stick for me? Not sure yet. I will let them rest for a couple of weeks and update my review. Update: Resting the cigars did the trick. Smooth smoke, even burn and consistent flavor till the nub! Ill be sure to keep these in my humidor.

A large robusto with a dark rustic like wrapper and a "dark" sweet cold smell. When placed on the lips it leaves a slight bitter taste. My copy was rolled tightly but had a lighter draw than i prefer. I had to correct the burn in the first third, after wards it was ok. Medium strength smoke with good volume, flavors for me were mostly espresso with slight sweetness sporadically occurring.

The Intemperance has an interesting presentation, with the minimalistic band and the binder "peeking" on the foot. The wrapper is a bit gritty and with thin veins. Cold smeel does not give a lot of sweetens, same as the light up. When it comes to flavor, seetnes was absent for me, the taste reminded me of coffee. It kept that flavor profile throughout the smoke with pepper coming on the retro hale in the final third. Mine had an uneven burn that i had to touch up multiple times.

Beautiful band, a bit loosely rolled, fine wrapper. My cigar looked boxpressed. Cold smell is beautiful, I find it much nicer than the 10th Anniversary Sungrown, I just sat down and enjoyed it for a while prior to light. Good burn with a lot of smoke. Ash is a bit flaky and does not stay more than 3cm. Taste wise a bit too spicy for me.
