Despite its affordable price, Philipp Schuster places great emphasis on quality. Close cooperation with the manufacturer has established a high minimum standard. Ibis Nicaragua – Full Speed Ahead
The Ibis Nicaragua is an affordable cigar from Nicaragua, part of the economical Ibis range from August Schuster. As a so-called “ungraded” cigar, it is not sorted according to visual criteria, thus reducing costs without sacrificing tobacco quality.
Philipp Schuster personally developed the blend with the goal of creating a flavorful Nicaraguan cigar featuring earthy and woody aromas. It uses Nicaraguan tobacco for filler and binder, complemented by a wrapper from Ecuador. Despite its low price, the Ibis Nicaragua provides a complete smoking experience aimed at both budget-conscious newcomers and seasoned aficionados. It stands for honest taste and good quality at a highly customer-friendly price.
Ibis Honduras – Also Available as Maduro
Two series come from Honduras: the Ibis Honduras and the Ibis Honduras Maduro. The Ibis Honduras, part of the Ibis brand from the traditional tobacco manufacturer August Schuster in Bünde, is recognizable by its green cigar band and offers genuine tobacco pleasure in fully hand-made long filler formats.
The darker variant, the Ibis Honduras Maduro with its sweet and spicy Maduro wrapper, also impresses with its full-bodied taste. This series stands out particularly for cigars named Antiguo Figurado, rolled as double figurados—a notably challenging format tapering at both ends.
