Robert McConnell Original Pipe Tobacco

The Robert McConnell brand promises time-honoured tradition, as its roots go back to the 19th century. And since there is no substitute for experience, the long history of the house pays off in the form of first-class pipe tobaccos.

But it is not only in terms of quality that Robert McConnell is excellently positioned: The richness of the assortment with its variety of different types is also impressive. In addition to the classic English varieties, Robert McConnell now also offers Danish-flavoured pipe tobaccos. One example is the Fancy Almonds Vanilla, whose flavour nuances of ground almonds and vanilla make for an extraordinary smoke.

But Robert McConnell also has something for pipe smokers who like to experiment: If you want to try your hand at master blending, you will find exactly the right ingredients in the single-origin tobaccos to create your own blend. Pure Latakia or Pure Perique, for example, are ideal for adding extra spice to the smoking experience.

For those who prefer to make the acquaintance of Robert McConnell in a traditional way, the Scottish Cake is recommended. This strong character blend, for which a particularly slow burn is typical, still goes back to a recipe from the early years of the brand. Also recommended is the Oriental Mixture, which owes its individual note to numerous tobaccos from the eastern Mediterranean region.
