Alejandro Lopez Dominicana

These cigars are crafted in the Dominican Republic using exclusively domestic tobaccos. A consistent (linear) very mild flavor and an extremely attractive price make this series an affordable everyday smoke for in-between moments. Last but not least: the impressive cigar band will certainly impress your fellow patrons in the cigar lounge...!
As the latest format of the Alejandro Lopez series, the visually imposing Gordo has been added. Great size, ample smoke, and also very mild - making it our recommendation for aficionados seeking a consistent, uncomplicated smoking experience.
The family of Alejandro Lopez originally hails from the Spanish province of Asturias. Don Alejandro emigrated to Panama at the age of 20 in 1886. There, he cultivated high-quality tobaccos for the burgeoning cigar industry in the Chiriquí region of Panama.
Eventually, in 1910, he relocated with his family to the Dominican Republic, where he once again dedicated himself to tobacco cultivation and made a name for himself. Almost 10 years later, he opened his first, then regionally renowned, cigar factory near the present-day cigar capital of the Dominican Republic, Santiago de los Caballeros, which he operated until his death in 1948.
Today, the cigars bearing his name are once again representative of what they stood for over 60 years ago: finest Dominican long-fillers (rolled from whole leaves) made from selected tobaccos, always of high quality. Since the Alejandro Lopez cigars are not delivered in elaborate wooden boxes but rather packaged in bundles of 10, they can be offered at a particularly affordable price!
