Zu Beginn herber fruchtig-holziger Geschmack der von feiner Schärfe begleitet wird, ab der Mitte derb würzig-fruchtig mit aufkommenden bitterholzigen Noten, zum Ende derb und arg scharf mit würzig-holzigen Noten und einigen bitteren Momenten.
